How to give somebody access to your container
In this guide, the steps to add a user to your TAGGRS container will be outlined. Follow these instructions to ensure proper access management within your TAGGRS account.
Important Note: Only container owners and partners can add or remove users.
Accessing the User Management Dashboard
Navigate to Access:
Log in to your TAGGRS dashboard.
Click on the "Access" section.
Inviting a User:
Click on the "+" button to invite a new user.
Enter the email address of the user you wish to add.
An invitation will be sent to the provided email address.
Invitation Status
You can monitor the status of your invitations within the dashboard:
Accepted: The invite has been accepted by the user.
Pending: The invite has not yet been accepted or rejected.
Rejected: The invite has been declined by the user.
Managing User Roles
Within the user management section, you can also view the roles assigned to each user.
Removing a User
If you need to remove a user from your account:
Under the "Actions" column, select the option to remove the user.
Confirm the removal action.
