1. I don't see any invoices in my invoices. What can I do?
Solution: To view the invoices for a specific container, it is essential that you are logged into the account that made the initial payment. This is usually the owner of the container. You can identify the owner under the ‘Access’ section of the respective container.
Follow these steps:
Ensure you are logged in with the correct account.
Go to ‘My Profile’.
Select ‘Payments & Subscriptions’.
Here you will find all payments with the associated invoices.
2. What does the status ‘Pending’ mean within a container?
Explanation: The status ‘Pending’ indicates that you have been invited by a partner, or that as a partner you have sent an invitation link to your customer, but the payment has failed or been canceled.
How to resolve:
Have the end customer log in to app.taggrs.io using the email address that was used when initiating the payment via the invitation link.
The customer can then select the relevant container and upgrade to the appropriate package using the ‘Upgrade’ button.
Once the customer has successfully upgraded, the ‘Pending’ status will disappear. Please note that this status does not affect your tracking.
3. Can I pay for a container with my kickback fee?
Answer: Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to pay for a container using your accumulated kickback fee.
4. How do I transfer the payment from me as a partner to my customer?
Steps:
If your customer does not yet have access to the container:
Use the invitation link available within your container to invite your customer.
Once the customer makes the payment through this link, your payment as a partner will be withdrawn.
If your customer already has access to the container:
The current subscription must first be canceled.
Then, the subscription can be upgraded again.
