- Where can I find my billing information?
You can find your billing information within your TAGGRS dashboard. Navigate to "My Profile" and click on "Payment and Billing". Here you can find all your billing details such as billing dates and invoices.
- Where can I update my billing information?
You can edit your billing information by navigating to "My Profile" and then clicking on "Settings". Here you can edit your billing information.
- Where can I change my subscription?
You can change your subscription by navigating to "Containers" and then selecting the container for which you want to change the subscription. Here you will find an "Upgrade" button where you can select the new subscription you want for this container.
- How can I let my client pay for the container?
You can navigate to "Containers" and select the container you want your client to pay for. Here you will find an "Invite Link" button. With this button, you can invite your client to pay for the container. Select the subscription you want for this container and copy the invite link that you can send to your client.
- Where can I download my invoice?
You can download your invoice by going to''My Profile'' and click on '' payment and billing''. Next to the invoice you will find a download button.
